Early Birthday Party

Last night we went and had an early birthday party for Andrew (Alex's birth-brother) who is 5 this month and Alex. It was good to see Alex's birth family and meet some of Amanda's friends. My parents and sister came along too and I am so glad they were finally able to meet everyone!! We had a great time eating pizza and cake and then the kids went for a swim! About Us

Randy and I met while in college and were married on May 25, 2002. After trying to get pregnant for a while we found out in 2007 that our chances of it ever happening were low. We tried fertility treatments which failed and after much prayer decided to not travel down that road any longer. We learned about New Life from some friends and after praying and meeting with the staff at New Life we decided that God was leading us to adopt. In May 2008 we got a call from New Life that a birthmother had chosen our profile. Her name was Amanda and she was due to have a baby boy on June 28th. We met with Amanda twice before Alex was born on June 10, 2008. On June 12, 2008 we brought Alex home and have been amazed by the entire experience ever since. In October 2009 we learned we were pregnant and baby #2 would be here June 10, 2010 (Alex's 2nd birthday). Tyler Jacob Biddlecome was born June 3, 2010. We feel so blessed to have two great little boys and can't wait to see what the future holds for them!!
